2. The Competition
This is a paid entry, skill-based prize competition operated in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.
Entry into the competition requires participants to demonstrate knowledge and/or skill by correctly answering a competition question.
This competition is not a lottery.
3. Eligibility

Open to residents of United Kingdom, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man.

Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, agents of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Internet access and a valid email address are required.
4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by purchasing a ticket via the official website https://luxurydreamescape.co.uk/.

Each ticket allows the participant to attempt the skill-based competition question.

Only correct answers will be entered into the final draw.

Tickets with incorrect answers will not qualify and are not eligible for a refund.
5. Entry Fee

The cost per ticket is £25 (GBP).

Payment must be made in full at the time of entry.

All payments are final unless required by law.
6. Free Entry
No free entry route is offered.
This is a skill-based competition, therefore a free entry route is not required under UK law.
7. The Prize

The prize consists of a luxury all-inclusive holiday for two (2) persons, including:

10 nights accommodation

All-inclusive resort stay

Destination, dates and resort details as described on the website

The approximate prize value is £7,000 – £8,000.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

No cash alternative is available unless stated otherwise.
8. Travel Conditions

Travel dates are subject to availability and must be taken in March 2026, unless otherwise stated.

Flights, transfers and additional expenses not explicitly listed are the responsibility of the winner unless stated.

Winners must hold a valid passport and comply with all travel and visa requirements.

The Promoter is not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, or force majeure events.
9. Winner Selection

All valid entries with correct answers will be entered into a random draw.

The draw will take place on 25 January 2026 using a secure random selection method.

The winner(s) will be contacted via email within 7 days of the draw.
10. Publicity

By entering, winners agree that their first name and general location (e.g. city or county) may be published for transparency purposes.

Winners may opt out of publicity by contacting the Promoter.
